We went up to Tweed Heads during our recent holiday to Byron Bay. I stopped in at KFC on the way back specifically to get this delicious looking monstrosity, the Popcorn Chicken Slab.
Obviously this thing is amazing. Six soft dinner rolls, heaps of popcorn chicken, melted cheese and lots of BBQ sauce.
