Liza's Cafe - Breakfast Burger

It was a lovely sunny morning and we found ourselves in Gwandalan to help my mother in law move some boxes. We got some takeaway from Liza's Cafe - I picked the first burger on the menu, which was the Breakfast Burger.

The breakfast burger category is a very hard one to excel in as the ingredients are normally bacon and eggs. To achieve greatness in this category you need a point of difference like a hash brown and a special sauce. This burger had two eggs, bacon, a nice brioche bun and lots of spinach and tomato. Overall it was tasty, fresh and good value for money.
