South End Social - Brisket Burger

Cat and the boys decided to come down to Gosford for an early lunch with me so we popped across the road to South End Social for their famous Brisket Burger.

This burger is easily one of the best burgers on the Central Coast. Top ten for sure. I've probably had more then ten of these bad boys so I already knew its pickle rating. This burger had two big slabs of perfectly cooked brisket, cheese, pickles and an amazing tangy burger sauce all sandwiched between a tasty brioche bun. The only problem is you get addicted to them and have to keep going back to buy more!
