Cafe Pennoz - CBAB

We were working with a client in the Tuggerah Business Park so ordered our lunch from one of the busy cafes that service the area. I have been to this cafe before and the food is always pretty good. Today I tried the CBAB burger, which means Chicken, Bacon, Avocado & Brie.

First of all, points for creativity. CBAB is a very good combination. My biggest problem with this burger however was the difficulty to eat it as it kept falling apart. Diced tomato is a risk on a burger like this as it mostly falls out. The chicken was also a bit thick so you only got a bit every second bite. Quite tasty but needs some work.
