Hotel Ravesis - Tuna Burger

I was down in Bondi to do some more podcast work with Jos and we went back to Hotel Ravesis for a couple of drinks and dinner after we finished. This time I tried their Tuna Burger.

They have bloody done it again! This was one of the best fish burgers I have ever had. It features seared tuna slices and an amazing creamy sauce - not sure if it was a tartare or aioli. They certainly know what they are doing here with their burgers.
